Rimmer Trade ImEx operates this website and acts as an agent for the sale of the products of the manufacturer Korona Lav EOOD (Dobrich, Bulgaria), which is the seller and contracting party for customers. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to do so. Please send any questions about data protection to the email address above.
2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany (servers in Germany). When you open a page, the server briefly processes technically necessary data sent by your browser:
- IP address,
- date and time of access,
- page and file requested,
- referrer URL (the page visited before),
- browser type, operating system and language setting.
This data is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure, for example to fend off attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website. This data is only used to deliver the page. We have switched off access logging with the hosting provider; no log files are created. We have a data processing agreement with the hosting provider under Art. 28 GDPR.
3. Enquiry form
The form in the “Contact” section does not send any data to us or to third parties. It only creates an email draft from your entries, within your browser. You can copy the draft or open it in your email program and send it yourself. The entries are not stored and are gone once you close or reload the page.
We only receive your message once you send the draft. Section 4 then applies.
4. Contact by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details (for example name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry) to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (interest in answering enquiries).
We delete the data once your enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply. If a deal is concluded, we keep business correspondence and records for the periods required by commercial and tax law.
For quotes, contracts and delivery we pass your details on to the manufacturer and seller Korona Lav EOOD in Dobrich, Bulgaria, which then processes them under its own responsibility, for example for samples, documents, invoicing and delivery. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Bulgaria is an EU member state; the same data protection law applies.
Our mailbox info@koronalav.com is also hosted by ALL-INKL.COM in Germany. The manufacturer’s email address in Bulgaria is provided by ABV.
5. Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website does not set cookies and does not store anything in your browser. We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising services, or social media plugins.
6. Links to other websites
Links to the EU TRACES register and to scientific sources lead to services of other providers. Data is only transmitted to the respective provider once you click such a link; their privacy policies then apply.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21). Please contact info@koronalav.com.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin, Germany, www.datenschutz-berlin.de. You may also contact the authority of your place of residence or work.
8. Obligation to provide data
You are not obliged to provide us with personal data. Without your contact details, however, we cannot answer your enquiry.
