02 · Production

From field to drum –
in four steps.

We obtain lavender oil by steam distillation. Every step is in our own hands.

  1. Cultivation

Lavandula angustifolia on our own land in the Dobrich region.

  2. Harvest & transport

The lavender is cut in full bloom and taken straight from the field to the distillation vessels.

  3. Distillation

Steam passes through the flowers and carries off the volatile aroma compounds; it condenses in the cooler.

  4. Separation & filling

Oil and hydrosol are separated. The oil is blended and filled into drums of 180 kg each.
